From grove to bottle, Olivari Olive Oil believes in innovating every little detail of their process. This innovation doesn’t just stop at the grocery store shelf. That’s why we created a social campaign called Little Kitchen Innovations - a series of little tips, tricks and innovations designed to make a little-but-big difference in kitchens and culinary adventures everywhere.

Grab an orange, Olivari Olive Oil, a knife and some matches. Cut the orange in half. Remove the fruit from the middle while leaving the stem intact. Fill the orange shell with oil. It’s easy to keep your fresh herbs super fresh. Simply add your favorite herbs to an empty ice cube tray. Pour Olivari Olive Oil on top of them. Then place the ice cube tray in the freezer. Finally, pop out an herb cube for cooking whenever you need it. It’s a quick and easy base. It’s also a quick and easy way for incredible flavors. Need a better way to separate yolks from egg whites? Simply crack your eggs into a bowl. Screw off the top of an empty water bottle. Then gently place the mouth of the bottle to the surface of the egg yolks. Slurp. Who knew separating yolks could be oddly satisfying. This happy hour, impress your friends with this innovative cocktail recipe. .5 oz Dry Vermouth 1 oz Gin A few fresh olives A few drops of Olivari Extra Virgin Olive Oil First, infuse the Vermouth by combining it with the fresh olives and letting sit for a few minutes. Second, grab a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the infused Vermouth and gin into it, then stir until chilled. Third, pour the mixture into a chilled glass and splash a few drops of Olivari Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top. Fourth, drink that delightful concoction. To make the flavors of summer last a little longer, take a couple pint of your favorite cherry tomatoes. Mix them with garlic and fresh herbs. Then roast them low and slow in the oven for several hours. Place the roasted tomatoes in a glass jar and submerge in a healthy pour of Olivari Extra Virgin Oil.
